Account Deletion

Effective date: July 6, 2026

You can request deletion of your PlayTrivia account and associated personal data. Some transaction, contest, leaderboard, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@playtrivia.app from the email address connected to your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include your username and a short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
  4. Our team may ask for verification before deleting the account.
  5. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information that is not needed for required records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

What may remain

We may retain limited records connected to payments, coin purchases, prize eligibility, withdrawal requests, contest results, anti-fraud investigations, tax/accounting obligations, legal claims, and platform compliance. Where practical, retained records will be restricted or de-identified.

Before store submission

Replace support@playtrivia.app with the official support inbox and, ideally, add an in-app deletion button that calls a backend deletion endpoint.
